Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a course for any reason the following will apply:

  • Your deposit is non-refundable

    If you cancel within four weeks of the course you will forfeit any money paid and will also be liable for the outstanding balance.

    In the unlikely event of Ethos having to cancel a course, we will refund all monies paid.

Swedish Body Massage

Dates: 15/16 October 2010, 26/27 November 2009, 10/11 December 2010 (Assessment date)

Time:   9.00am – 5.00pm

Cost:   £450 + VAT

The main objectives of this qualification is to provide an understanding of body massage primarily for stress relief, reduced muscle tension, as a basis of massage used for a wide variety of outcomes, and to ensure that it is provided in a safe and effective manner with solid underpinning knowledge to enable variations to be added with experience and workplace requirements.

Case studies

There is a pre-requisite requirement of units VR02 and VR74 to this qualification, which can be studied simultaneously.  In order to satisfy the requirements of theGeneral Council of Massage Therapy, you will need to have a current First Aid in the Workplace qualification or successfully  complete this qualification between August 2009 and January 2010.
